As a general contractor, we will establish a bid to complete the project and source materials, labor and equipment for your project based on the architects’ design. The design-bid-build is the most traditional project delivery method. Under this method, the owner retains an architect for design services and the production of bid documents.

Throughout the lifetime of the project, Myers-Cherry will diligently supervise every step of the way to ensure the project partners are adhering to the project execution plan and will oversee the day-to-day development progress from breaking ground to completing the project.
