During each preconstruction and construction phase, our team performs feasibility studies, conceptual or order-of-magnitude estimates, and creates CPM schedules to deliver a satisfactory project that meets the owner’s objectives.

David Myers
Managing Member / Pre-Construction Manager /Project Manager
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, David received his B.S. in Business Management in 2008. He has been in the construction industry since 2003. His construction experience includes preconstruction, estimating, procurement, project management, and the closeout phase of construction. David has held previous positions as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Vice President – Estimating, Estimator, and Project Manager.
As one of the two founding members of Myers-Cherry Construction, Inc. David believes that the key to success is getting back to the basics of construction. While the materials and technology have changed, the main focus still is delivering projects on time, on budget, and with the utmost quality.

Brian Cherry
Managing Member / Project Manager
Brian has been in the construction industry since 2007 where he has held positions as Vice President, Division Manager, Project Manager, and Superintendent. His responsibilities include preconstruction, estimating, project management and job site supervision. Brian has delivered 15 CMR projects in the K-12 sector, multiple of which were over $30MM. Prior to the construction industry, Brian owned a chain of retail stores and proudly served in the United States Navy. Brian firmly believes that the success of any project relies on every member of the team being honorable, accountable and professional.
As one of the two founding members of Myers-Cherry Construction, Inc. Brian saw a need in the Oklahoma market for delivering the services and expertise typically only found on large-scale projects to all public and private clients.
