During each preconstruction and construction phase, our team performs feasibility studies conceptual or order-of-magnitude estimates, creating CPM schedules to deliver a satisfactory project that meets the owner’s objectives. Under this delivery method, Myers-Cherry combines preconstruction services and general contracting to establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price with the owner.
Meals On Wheels
New construction for the Tulsa Metro Meals on Wheels headquarters including a large commercial kitchen to support the Meals on Wheels staff and provide services for the Tulsa community.
RCB Bank – Coweta Branch
Construction items include demolition, new finishes, HVAC and electrical upgrades, site improvements, and drive-through systems.
Russo’s New York Pizzeria
Construction included new electrical and HVAC systems, extensive interior finishes, custom bar and a commercial kitchen with large pizza ovens for new 3,600 SF restaurant.
